The Nativity Scene was removed from the lawn of the Luzerne County Courthouse in response to threats of a possible future lawsuit to be filed by American Civil Liberties Union and Americans United. We, the undersigned, call on to Stephen A. Urban, Luzerne County Commissioner, To Either place the Nativity Scene back where it once stood, in the Front Lawn of the County Courthouse, or To advise the Proper Channels to do so.
