We, the undersigned, wish to celebrate the Holiday Season in our community. Just like in other towns across both New Jersey and the world, we would like to see the center of our hometown festively decorated. We, the undersigned, urge that the town council to allow for private groups wishing to celebrate their holidays be able to erect holiday displays on the town hall green, which is public property as outlined by the Courts, at their own expense.
