The Park Woods community does not need any additional traffic driving through our subdivision. We do not even have a single stop sign. We are concerned for the safety of our children and our property values. Hasenclever Farms needs to have it's own MAIN ENTRANCE OFF OF 8 MILE ROAD.
Parkwoods residents maintain their own roads through our HOA and paying our dues. We are a subdivision full of families and with no sidewalks- we use the streets to play, ride bikes and walk our dogs with our children. We have no stop signs as well. This is a terrible plan to even consider as it would put our children in danger with the increase in traffic and drive our property values down!

This proposal makes no sense. Where would the entrance sign be p,aced for this new Sub? Our sub does not have any sidewalks and the extra traffic off of 8 mile will endanger people walking or riding get bicycles. The entrance for the new sub should be placed further east of our entrance. In addition our roads are privately maintained through our HOA. I do not comprehend how a builder would think using another subdivision entrance would be acceptable.

Ridiculous idea. Developers just want to save a buck at our expense. 8 mile is right there, build it there.

My kids play outside every day and drivers already speed through here like they are on a racetrack. Adding a whole new subdivision to our street is just asking for a tragedy.

The entrance to the new subdivision needs to be from 8 Mile, not through Parkwoods. This is the developers problem, not the residents of Parkwoods.

I see a few comments stating that we maintain our own roads, I believe that is not true.
We pay to have them plowed but actually the county owns our roads.
This discussion came up a year or 2 ago regarding maintaince to the cracks. Just an FYI.
The new sub needs its own entrance bottom line.
