Natures Reserve Homeowners Oppose Entrance via Minute Maid Ramp Road 2
We, the home owners and residents within the community of Natures Reserve located in the city of Davenport, within Polk County, call on the city of Haines City to oppose any developer’s plans for the possible use of Minute Maid Ramp Rd 2 as a regular entrance for the residents of the new development of the Wynnstone Housing project.
The homeowners of the Natures Reserve community have great concerns of the high safety risk and danger this will impose upon our community. Even though Minute Maid Ramp Road 2 is considered a public county road, this road goes thru the community of Natures Reserve. Our community playground, and half of the centralized mailboxes are located on one side of the road and on the other side of this road, we have the remaining centralized mailboxes. If this possible use of Minute Maid Ramp Rd 2 occurs, it will bring us a high increase amount of unwanted traffic, that will create a high safety risk for any our residents children who plays at the only playground the community has and will also pose a risk to residents who will try to access the centralized mailboxes in order to get their mail.

This is definitely not a good idea. I've seen other communities that have traffic entrance through their communities and it causes so many issues and inconveniences.
I oppose an entrance to another community to run through Natures Reserve entrance. Resident’s centralized mailbox are on this road and residents are frequently parked and getting out their vehicles to collect their mail. The children’s playground is also on this road and with an increase in traffic it is an accident waiting to happen as children are unpredictable and can run into in coming at any moment.
This plan to have entrance through our Natures Reserve community Entrance on Minute MAID ROAD RAMP 2 to this new Wyndstone housing is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FOR OUR CHILDREN! We have a little KIDS playground and our USPS MAILBOXES ARE RIGHT ON THIS SAME ROAD WHICH WOULD CREATE EVEN FURTHER DANGEROUS ROAD CONDITIONS. Thank you and God Bless
I do not want this entrance to run through my community! This is right next to the children’s park which is not fenced in and I do not want our kids to get hurt!
Having a main through fare where cars are parking on both sides to get mail and children are running around is insane . Minute Maid Ramp rode 1 Is the perfect location

This roadway was not designed for heavy traffic, which is occurring due to the unannounced construction of Minute Maid two and FDC, and will probably continue as construction on the roadways continues through April
