As a resident of Hammock Bay ,Freeport Florida I've started this petition due to the slow internet and poor customer service from CenturyLink .

I myself pay for 100mps and during most times I'm lucky to get 5-10 mps. Customer service just has me to run the same self help test then says there isn't any problems on their end which we all know isn't true . Even when they schedule a tech they don't show.

I feel like they don't care due to the fact they have a contract with developer and we all haven't a choice but to use.

By signing this petition and listing address and complaint in comments we will have something to present corporate to show we have had enough with paying for a service not receiving.
