We pay High Maintenance Fees for our ability to use the facilities we PAY for, however, our building only allows us to enter our gym till 11p.m. This is unfair, unjustifiable and unacceptable. Our gym should be accessible to us at ALL Times. No one is being paid to watch us, fees can be kept low when members leave the gym they shut the lights off. It will not cost much more to allow us, the ones who pay to use our facilities to have our gym open at all times as most other condos already endure. Please sign this if you believe our gym should be accessible to us at ALL times.
