We the undersigned wish to express our desire to maintain residential zoning at the corner of Guess and Latta in Durham NC and oppose the Zoning changes proposed in "Latta Park" case Z2000041.
Description/Details: Save the Eno! Protect Easley Elementary! A zoning change of this magnitude would be a fundamental change to the very nature of the area, impacting every quality of life element. Elements impacted include traffic, the Eno River, water runoff, light pollution, audio pollution, Easley Elementary, and more; foreshadowing potential commercial creep like that of Roxboro Road.

Keep our neighborhood residential. We already have enough congestion without turning Latta into another Roxboro rd strip mall nightmare.
RIDICULOUS! Why would they even consider this? The area cant handle more runoff and noise.
traffic on Guess is already a nightmare during school pickup. we dont need more commercial buildings making it impossible to get anywhere.
enough is enough with the rezoning. leave our backyards alone.
My kids go to Easley and this will bring so much danger to the area. Stop trying to ruin our peaceful community for a quick buck.
