To the Commissioners and all involved in the review process,
We, the undersigned residents of Tucker and surrounding communities, strongly oppose the new land use change application. Our previous petition raised significant concerns that remain valid today, and we urge you to deny this application.
Incompatibility with Community Character: The proposed changes threaten the established character of our neighborhoods, which are defined by their unique qualities and low-density living.
Infrastructure Strain: Our existing infrastructure is already under pressure, and any increase in density would exacerbate traffic and service demands, negatively impacting residents' quality of life.
Community Voices: The residents have consistently expressed their desire to maintain the current land use. It is essential that decisions reflect the community's needs and vision for sustainable growth.
Environmental Impact: Changes in land use can have unforeseen consequences on local ecosystems. Preserving our current designation is crucial for maintaining the balance between development and environmental protection.
We respectfully request that you consider our concerns and deny the new land use change application to protect the integrity of our community. While keeping the current land use as stated conservation key word being to conserve.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum we have built together lately. This movement has become far bigger than I ever imagined, and it is entirely because of your passion for our neighborhood.

One question for the board? What is the benefits for all of these new homes? Just for the property taxes? Why aren't they trying to get business for real long term jobs.
Stop filling every piece of land . Animals have no where to go which puts them in our back yard killing our animals. We have enough traffic and people here. Leave us some breathing space please
Leave it alone. We already have so much traffic out here. Build the road ways first. Make the travel time better for all. It's shouldn't take an hour and 15 minutes to go 20 miles. Build more roads
Our community is burdened by big development. Our infrastructure cannot support the traffic, schools are over flowing, emergency services are pushed to the max. These issues should be resolved before any talk of more growth.
When lot split was approved on Rambler, I knew the developer was in talks with a property owner on Tucker. Makes sense now as she wants to build multiple homes on that acreage. This property areas flood with just thunderstorms because the county doesn’t maintain the drainage ditches. The existing homes are at natural level. She will raise elevation and all neighbors will face worse flooding.
This is a neighborhood meant for space and agriculture and farm animals and space for our children to play safely.
I moved here for tranquility. Not for more traffic.

Keep the manor as it is.. there is already so much building in. The past two years out here. People have livestock and the commissioners are trying to run us out. We do not want to be the next Orlando with homes everywhere and green nowhere to be seen.
