We the undersigned citizens of Sartell, consistent with previous votes/surveys regarding a GRRL branch, call for the following:
- Cease inclusion of library space and services at the southern site chosen for the Sartell Community Center.
- Permit Friends of the Library and other Sartell citizens to work with City Administration and GRRL to determine adequate size, location, and collection size with construction to begin in 2016 using funds from the half cent sales tax.

When I was small, my mom would drive me to reading programs at the St. Cloud Library. We would drive for twenty minutes for a twenty minute program. Having a library in a central location in Sartell would help parents save time in driving and have easy access to all the children's programs.
Far more open discussion is needed. Assuming GRRL would agree to whatever the Sartell Council think is a bit arrogant. Placing the library at a location that many oppose without open community input. Move the library and community center to a more central location.
A well planned out library can be a limitless resource for all citizens of Sartell but it needs to be located closer to the current population center and accomodate a much larger collection of resources then the current city plan allows for..
Please move the library site near the schools and provide an amenity for the academically inclined, as well as those who are no longer able to take part in all the sporting facilities provided.
We look forward to having a good library (not just a place for digital books only) placed more central, so that it is readily accessible to all citizens living in Sartell. Having a library geographically next to St Cloud, is redundant (when St Cloud already has a great library).
WE NEED A LIBRARY in Sartell!!
Not only should Sartell build a library, it should also be located near the current schools.

Please consider having the library in the central part of the city. It makes sense that our children can ride a bike to the location and have it close enough for a parent not to worry about the commute.
