We have lived on Red Rose for 39 years and the water flow has been a problem for all these years but now extreme dangerous at the intersection of Red Rose and Royal Hills
This very dangerous. We need your immediate action. Thx
I am personally affected by this issue, as my car has been thrust forward at this intersection many times due to the hazardous conditions. This is a serious safety concern that needs immediate attention before it causes an accident. I urge the authorities to take action as soon as possible.

Most of the clay water is in front of my house (3475 Red Rose Dr. Encino). It’s very slippery and has a yellowish color. Most of the time there is a puddle of yellow running water in front of our house,and because of it, we can walk to our house from street. All of our car tires and car body became yellow also our floor concrete in front of front yard. Once one of our old guests slipped over this water and fell. Fortunately she didn’t break her hip or leg. If again someone falls in future and fracture their body, city would be responsible for it. Thank you
