At American Canyon High School, students are expected to follow a formal dress code for our Graduation Ceremony. Of course, the Class of 2016 will respect this code, however, we believe that students should have the ability to represent their culture. For many of us, we are the first of our families to graduate high school and for others, it is a tradition to wear certain cloths at special occasions. Students should be allowed to express their pride in their culture at Graduation Ceremonies.
