I have spent my mornings preparing the materials we need for the upcoming city council hearing. The women living in the house on Fowler’s Ferry Road are working so hard on their recovery and they deserve the stability this license will provide.

Seeing this level of support for the program on Fowler’s Ferry Road is deeply moving because I know exactly how hard these women are working to turn their lives around. This momentum proves that our neighbors recognize the healing power of this home and truly want to see these women succeed.

Lori is a phenomenal lady. If she is in charge you can be sure it will be done right. Please come together and support her and what she is doing like you do our local schools, churches, ministries. This is no different. I can’t say enough good things about Lori
I do not understand how anyone can put Christ's name in front of their own and call themselves a "Christian" yet, look to their own selfish wants and dismiss the needs of these women and the helping hand reaching out to them. Southside, look into a mirror before making your decision.
If it weren't for a treatment facility I graduated from in 2017, New Life for Women I wouldn't have 6 years sober today. It's people like Lori who give hope to those who have lost all hope. She's trying to help rebuild these girls lives and sense of self. Personally for me I went from an addicted, suicidal, depressed young girl to a productive member of society, married, raising my two children, full time job, and extremely happy. If it weren't for those few women who saw something in me when I saw nothing I don't know where I would be today. Please don't allow the stigma that is placed on addicts to control your decision. These girls want help or they wouldn't be there.
As a mother whose child was helped through a program such as this with Almighty God’s help and direction I urge the council to approach this with much prayer and an open mind. These people need a helping hand not closed doors.
I have seen the progress these girls have made and it's extraordinary. This safe place needs to exist so others can continue to get the help they so desperately need.
Supporting at risk women is important and should not be needlessly and unethically persecuted

There aren’t enough homes or facilities as it is and so many precious souls have been under this terrible disease please approve thos
