Vincent is facing a possible prison sentence for violating the terms of his Community Control. This will be the second violation, and there is a real chance he could end up being sent away.

As many have probably heard, the last violation occurred when he went to a scrap yard at the instruction of his employer. It didn't dawn on Vincent that he needed permission to leave his job, especially since he was working at the time.

Most recently, Vincent is accused of leaving his monitor in his vehicle when going to to class (Vincent is currently enrolled in college for AC technology). He had just started having to carry the monitor, and an entirety unfamiliar process to him.

For those who know Vinny, it is obvious that he is a different person than the one that got into this trouble all those years ago. Between having a great job where he is depended on, and having a 3.7 GPA at school, he is also very important to his family and his fiance.

If you believe in Vincent and agree that he should be given another chance to complete his Community Control, without having to leave us for prison, please sign this petition and add a comment. Hopefully we can show the prosecuting attorney and the judge that if anyone deserves another chance, it is definitely Vincent Bolduc.

P.S. You don't have to give money at the end, just exit out if it asks..

Updates

May 14, 2016

I am currently organizing the comments and letters to present to the judge before the hearing. Call the prosecutor's office today to demand that they recognize Vincent's progress in school and work. Your pressure is the only thing keeping his situation in the public eye.

We just hit a major milestone that proves how many people believe in Vincent. Post this link on your Facebook wall right now to keep the pressure on the prosecutor. Send a text to three friends and tell them why you signed.

I was one of Vincent's instructors at Southern Technical College from October to May. This young man is a model student and does not resemble a criminal. He does not belong in a prison. He is currently a productive member of society, working hard for a bright future. Please give Vincent one more chance.

I don't believe any person deserves to be locked up unless they are a danger to others. It is shame Polk County has no alternatives for young men who got caught making a mistake.

Not sure why he was put on community control but it seems he is trying very hard to stay out of trouble and working on improving his life. Let's not add another statistic to the system

I've known vinny since high school. He's made his mistakes and he's dealt with the consequences. He's become a completely different person in recent years. This was an honest mistake.

People trying to turn their life around should not be penalize by the justice system for stupid technicalities that have nothing to do with a crime it's self. This young man should be left alone to finish his schooling and to work at the full time job he is holding down. ...... Vincent does not need to be in prison with harden criminals.

I worked with Vincent for a short time at papa johns and during that time at no point did I feel he was a violent person or a bad person. He was always very kind and honestly sounds like he is trying to turn his life around...the point of the justice system is to reform is it not?

I have known this kid since high school, he has made decisions that haven't been so great, haven't we all? But he really has been trying very hard. Please give my good friend Vinny another chance.
