Victor Nicholas is currently facing 12-30 years in prison for a non violent crime. By signing this petition you are supporting our request to the judge for a more lenient sentence. If he receives the maximum amount of time, he will be 61 years old, our his parents will be 81, and out grandmother will be 106 by his release date.

I was just rereading some of the stories people left in the comments and it honestly breaks my heart thinking about Vic sitting there in that gray room while the world moves on without him. It is just so much time for a mistake that really does not warrant losing his entire youth but I am still working on getting all of this paperwork in front of someone who might actually listen to us.

I honestly cannot believe how quickly this is growing and how many people actually care about Victor. It feels like the world is finally waking up to the reality that these years could just vanish for a nonviolent mistake, which is honestly just terrifying when I think about his parents getting older every single day.

Praying for a lower sentence! That would be a crime in itself to lock away someone for that many years and to break up a family for a non violent crime and especially for Vic as he is def not the crime and a very giving supportive person in real life.

I’ve known Victor for most of his life, great family with great a childhood and upbringing. He is a victim of circumstance, and I’d like to ask the court and justice system to show leniency in this matter.

Victor a great upstanding guy, who been faced with unfortunate circumstances. The sentence being imposed for his non violent crime is very hard to think about especially considering the good guy he always try to be and is. I pray the judge can find some leniency for this unfortunate circumstances , if we can find leniency for a violent cop who recently shot and murdered a man in his own home then the justice system should find the same compassion for a non violent offence. To his family prayers are here for you and sta yah strong for Victor I'm sure he always will for you.
