I think everyone trying to really turn their lives around deserves a second chance he's not a bad guy probably just got mixed up in bad people hope he gets his sec chance

I was one of Vincent's instructors at Southern Technical College from October to May. This young man is a model student and does not resemble a criminal. He does not belong in a prison. He is currently a productive member of society, working hard for a bright future. Please give Vincent one more chance.

I don't believe any person deserves to be locked up unless they are a danger to others. It is shame Polk County has no alternatives for young men who got caught making a mistake.

I have know vinny his entire life. He has always been a very caring respectful young man! Although he has made some bad choices in the past, he has turned his life around. Please give him one more chance to become the man God intended !

Vinny! Hes my fiancées sister boyfriend. I know him quite a while now and i feel like he deserves a chance. Hes an awesome person and all around out going. We see each other frequently and it'll destroy his family & part of my boyfriends family if he were to be sent away. Praying for the best. Praying for you vinny!

Vinny is without a doubt a changed young man, a young man that is very proud of the changes he has made for the better in his life.. Just as well as we his friends and family are just as proud if not more for the positive changes he has made. A young man that makes such a complete turnaround... Such a turnaround for the positive in his life, surely he wouldn't purposely put himself in more trouble. Please take a moment to let the positive things he's done soak in and truly see that he's become a better person and has tried so hard. I'm sure that a sit down and clear clear clear explanation of how this monitor system works would surely work for Vinny... Someone who doesn't try hard or even try at all may deserve a prison sentence, but surely not a young man that has done all he can to better himself on all levels . It's clear this young man has changed for the positive and it's also clear that his future is gonna be a positive bright future for him and his family. Vinny needs clear comprehension on how the monitor system works, not a prison sentence in an already crowded system. May the judge have mercy and get the monitor system explanation clear to him and let him carry on with his hard work and great schooling that has givin him that positive change that he needed and the even more positive change the he is still making.
