She made a difference. Give her job at the shelter back. In my lifetime in Malvern Arkansas this has been the BEST animal shelter and she has been the BEST caretaker. I'm 53 so I've seen all the shelters. Including that hell hole behind the airport.
Paulette Tatum is as good as they come. As a former employee of mine I know her work ethic and I can guarantee you wont find a better employee. As a friend of mine I can guarantee you will not find a more kind hearted loving person
I have known Paulette for many years and I know she has the best interest of animals. She worked with Birmingham Greater Humane Society years ago so she has the experience and love for the animals. Please reconsider what has been done and restore her to her position she held. You won't regret it.
Paulette Tatum has been a great asset to the Malvern community. If she did ANY wrong in her paperwork it was from the Mayors lack of supplying proper training. Paulette takes her jobs very serious and is dedicated to doing her best.
Why let such a dedicated employee go? She was making positive changes for the community and pulling people together to support the changes she was making. She is an inspiration and gives hope for positive changes in our community. We want her back!
She did the work cleaning up the place she didn't deserve too be fired give her job back to her

I do not know the story here but I do know Paulette has worked very hard with little time off to make the shelter a better place and she has rallied the community to get involved with fostering these abandoned animals and bringing food and supplies for these animals. She has cleaned and painted and worked her butt off!
