Gilas Lake in Marinette County, Town of Beaver Wisconsin currently has a no wake ordinance from 4:00 PM until 10:00 AM. There has been discussion about moving the times to be 6:00 PM until 10:00 AM. Many of the residents on the lake and in the area appreciate the current times and are requesting that no change be made to the current no wake times.

The town meeting and possible vote on this issue will be held on Monday August 12th at 6:30 PM at the Town of Beaver town hall. W8405 County Road P
