The council have been contacted numerous times but not much seems to happening so please sign this petition so I can send it to them and try to solve this problem.

The council remains silent despite the mess piling up in the tall grass where our children should be playing. I am tired of the runaround but I will keep pushing until they actually show up to maintain the space.

Totally agree it needs cutting regularly, it’s disgusting letting it get like that
I walk my dog at Hengrove Park & the grass is getting too long to walk through it attracts tics & it’s even more difficult to walk through if it’s been raining

My three year old can’t (and now won’t!) play outside after seeing a slow worm on my Mums garden(which fronts onto the park). I am all for giving nature somewhere to live but encouraging it into gardens with small children and pets is unnecessary. We chose to live in the suburbs, not the wilderness.
