The residents of Gledswood Hills who happen to have houses on the Opticomm network are tired and stressed out about the continual issues created by the drop outs and instability of this network.
We want change. This is becoming a major issue for those who work from home and rely on a stable and reliable internet connection.
Its a new network and the amount of issues is becoming nuisance.
We are signing this petition to propose lasting change and we want real answers and solutions to these issues.

Forced to use my data in order to conduct my 9-5 from home. This needs to be fixed immediately. Its unacceptable that this occurs essentially 3-4 times a year.
Continual outages, getting worse over the past 12 months
Work from home, I require reliable internet
How can people work securely from home, while this mess is happening!?! If no-one wants to own the problem, let’s see how they react, when we all change providers.
Something needs to be done about Opticomm. Very hard to run a business from home with such unreliable internet service

The unreliability of internet in one of the newest estates in the country is unacceptable. It's a monopoly with poor service and zero options to change.
