I been waiting for the installation for two weeks now. The technician came and did all the work in the hose but he couldn't get the service contented because they need to do a splice on their line in order to provide my house. I had call numerous times and the always give me the run around and never straight answer on when the problem will be solved or what are they doing to fix it

the service is horrible all around.
I agree with the recommendations. We should be able to choose the cable carrier we desire.
They suck and never compensates for their terrible services plus they are TOO expensive.

I don’t even have internet yet am charged $39/month for a “Hotwire infrastructure fee”. We cancelled due to poor connectivity. (I find it difficult to pay people to do a poor job)
