Hello fellow Indians!! As we start the new school year many of us know about all the freshman we're about to receive and the new administration. Whether you're just about to end your high school journey or still on the road we all understand how important the impact of an exceptional teacher is. Throughout our high school careers we've all had that one educator who's helped us understand something greater than the curriculum their supposed to teach. For me and many other students that teacher was Mr.Blackwood. If you've had Mr.Blackwood as a teacher you know he's unconventional and urges students to think outside of the box. His laid back attitude was often misunderstood and for that reason he had to leave CK. Recently Dekalb County has given him the opportunity to return back to CK, but it's up to us to put enough pressure on administration to re-hire him. Blackwood would be an asset to CK and we NEED him back.
