Petition to Reinstate Mr. Kreeft at Saint Francis High School
We, the students of Saint Francis High School, respectfully urge the administration to reinstate Mr. Kreeft as a teacher. Mr. Kreeft was not only an outstanding educator but also a mentor and role model who made a lasting impact on our academic and personal growth. His passion for teaching, dedication to students, and ability to make learning engaging set him apart as one of the best teachers we have ever had.
Mr. Kreefts classroom was a place where students felt motivated, challenged, and supported. He fostered critical thinking, creativity, and a genuine love for learning, always pushing us to reach our full potential while making lessons meaningful and relevant. His ability to connect with students on a personal level made him more than just a teacher he was someone who truly cared about our success, both inside and outside the classroom.
The decision to remove Mr. Kreeft has left the student body feeling disheartened and unheard. We all agree that Saint Francis High School will not be the same without him. While we acknowledge the situation that led to his dismissal, we firmly believe that it should not define his career or take away from the positive and lasting contributions he has made to this school. Mistakes should not outweigh years of dedication, hard work, and the profound impact he has had on his students.
We, the undersigned, urge the Saint Francis High School administration to reconsider its decision and reinstate Mr. Kreeft as a teacher. His absence is a loss to the entire school community, and bringing him back would show that Saint Francis truly values exceptional educators who inspire and shape the next generation.
Sincerely,
Saint Francis Students

We need his spirit among our students! We are all human and we as Catholic Believe in forgiveness Everyone deserves a second chance chance Let’s hear both side to this story For our youth St Francis needs teacher Mr Kreeft back on campus & leading the youth to success ~ thank you for reconsidering and giving him 2 nd chance
We teach our children to learn from mistakes...this no different. A wrong can be turned into a right without taking drastic measures. I stand with the students.
Mr. Kreeft was my faith family leader and I’m very devastated he will not be anymore, and will not be my teacher in the future. He was the only teachers who truly made me feel comfortable and safe in their classroom. It’s disappointing that a teacher who really does cares for St. Francis students have been let go.
Although I had only experienced his teaching one day as a shadow, I saw how much care he put into making his classroom a comfortable environment where his students can learn to be leaders alongside their peers. Even when I would talk to students of Saint Francis, they would consistently speak highly of him. Thank you.
Mr. Kreft is a teacher with a genuine heart of gold. He has had a significant positive impact on my son’s life. He is exactly the type of person we are looking for in a teacher at St. Francis. I hope you strongly reconsider your decision as his students will definitely suffer in his absence.
To whom it may concern, I am truly bothered by the actions that have been taken over this situation. As I am sitting here listening to the Imperial March from Star Wars Episode 5, you may be thinking is this guy serious? To answer that, this is as serious as I've ever been. Because not only has the St. Francis Administration treated somebody that I and many others could call a teacher and a friend, but they also threw dirt on one of their own students who had the heart to come back and do what he loved which is to teach the youth. What has led up to this situation has not only been the most ridiculous thing I think I have ever heard on my 16 years of breathing on this earth. But it's simply the fact that as adults and youth we cannot tell the difference between right and wrong. Call it complicated as you wish but justice is not served here, and the very administration and these group of people need to find God within themselves. God every day forgives us for every sin we commit and still loves us each day the same as the last. As a Salesian graduate from the Salesian Sisters Elementary and Junior High School, which St. Francis is supposed to be the "continuation" of this school, have treated their students with the same Christ taught Justice that this very school lacks. And as both schools of Salesian they 3 pillars are Reason, Religion and Loving Kindness. There was absolutely ZERO reasoning whatsoever because clearly favoritism that certain teachers have (you know who you are) and favoritism over certain students because their family has "wealth" to sponsor the school. It all adds up on why the school would need these students and their families. There was absolutely no consideration of what God would do in a situation like this because this is the domino effect of what is happening to YOUR school. Having connections with past graduates from St. Francis, the derogatory terms, racial slander, talks about inappropriate things with certain students is absolutely noth
The decision was bias. I miss Lee and he would have never let this situation escalate this way. Throughout the day, staff were saying it was heartbreaking and they all loved Kreeft, but I honestly don’t think that’s true because why would you make a backhanded compliment about him five minutes later. I hope somehow the board sees these comments and thinks about the students, not just one, two, or FOUR, but the whole school.

Copy I have had four children attend St. Francis, and I can confidently say that Mr. Kreeft is the best math teacher I've encountered there. It's truly disappointing that he was let go, especially since it's challenging to find math teachers who can connect with students and effectively teach the material.
