As a resident of The Element, I am signing this petition to ensure that my dissatisfaction with the parking garage gates is observed. Specifically, and respectfully, I want to express that a lack of remedy - or incomplete remedy - will significantly impact my decision to renew my lease.RESIDENTS:

ive been reading through your notes about the gates and it sounds like everyone is having the same frustrating experience trying to get in and out of the garage. management is still quiet but the list is growing and they wont be able to ignore us much longer.

the momentum is picking up and it feels good to see everyone on the same page about these broken gates. management starts their week soon so lets keep the pressure on them by talking about this in the hallways.

its so annoying coming home late and having to wait for the gate to decide if it wants to open or not. just keep one side open or fix both. tired of this.
DANGEROUS AND UNACCEPTABLE. I pay way too much in rent to worry about who is walking into my parking garage. GET IT FIXED.

The gate has been broken since I moved in. Paying for a gated garage when it stays open 24/7 is a joke. Fix it.
