The feedback regarding the proposed gas station installation continues to highlight significant concerns about our city park. These accounts reinforce my belief that the location is entirely inappropriate for such a facility. Conversations with local officials are underway to ensure our collective position is clearly represented.

The evidence of why this is a detrimental business for this residential intersection is the types of undesirable activity and traffic (including tanker truck delivery) seen at the the gas stations that exist in close proximity. Further the potential hazardous events in extreme proximity to homes and a potential elementary school is unacceptable.

I've never known a gas station in the neighborhood to be a positive thing. Eventually, small strip centers pop up with stores of no true value. Why is this not happening at 288 & orem? Is Kirby about to open from Almeida to West Airport?

We didn't but a home in this neghborhood ,for it to become a loud commercial area ,with cars racing up and down the streets, where our children ride their bikes!!!!Also I don't want my propertiy value to depreciate, because of a gas station, and possibly a fastfood strip center, after the gas station opens!!!!!!!!!

Proximity to residences will negatively impact home values due to multiple factors (crime, aesthetics, traffic, environmental)

A gas station in our neighborhood will bring idleness, trash and crime. I say "NO".

I don't mind the gas station being closer to the feeder of 288, but definitely not inside our neighborhood. It's too close to our homes. Our kids take the bus and that would be close to their stop.

i do not feel this will in a way benefit this relatively peaceful community. Are there not enough of these chains popping up everywhere?

Please no gas station in the neighborhood. Why not along the feeder of 288?
