The evidence of why this is a detrimental business for this residential intersection is the types of undesirable activity and traffic (including tanker truck delivery) seen at the the gas stations that exist in close proximity. Further the potential hazardous events in extreme proximity to homes and a potential elementary school is unacceptable.

I've never known a gas station in the neighborhood to be a positive thing. Eventually, small strip centers pop up with stores of no true value. Why is this not happening at 288 & orem? Is Kirby about to open from Almeida to West Airport?

We didn't but a home in this neghborhood ,for it to become a loud commercial area ,with cars racing up and down the streets,where our children ride their bikes!!!!Also I don't want my propertiy value to depreciate,because of a gas station,and possibly a fastfood strip center,after the gas station opens!!!!!!!!!

The gas station shouldn't be in the middle of the subdivision. Peerhaps 288 and W. Orem at the corner off the highway.

I don't think it's a good idea. I was just thinking I really feel sorry for the person whose house will be facing that. I think down at 288 would be much better. Yes a CVS would be preferable. I can't see this being a good thing for the neighborhood.
