Please see the photos on YouTube! (http://www.youtube.com/watchv=_aU2r9yuYM4) The apartment building 62-60 108 Street in Forest Hills, Queens, New York, has been storing its garbage up against the property of the private house, 105-53 63 Avenue. The apartment's garbage overflows and leaks. The way the garbage is placed speaks volumes about the characters of those who handle the apartment's garbage. The residents at 105-53 63 Ave. are entitled to clean air. The residents at 105-53 63 Ave. are entitled to not have garbage stacked right next to its property. The residents at 105-53 63 Ave. are entitled to have its neighboring apartment obey all rules and laws of New York City. Please see the photos on YouTube! (http://www.youtube.com/watchv=_aU2r9yuYM4) These occurrences are deemed justified and fine (meaning there's absolutely not one shred of wrong) by those in charge of the building (Super- Scott, and Porter- Persaud) and by the building's owners, the Kings Queens Apartments (Garden Leasing LLC, 97-77 Queens Blvd). We, however, beg to differ. This is an injustice that harms not just the residents of 105-53 63 Ave., but everyone who lives in the Forest Hills neighborhood and everyone who lives in the borough of Queens. Would you like this next to your house We demand that the apartment building change and never revert to its inconsiderate ways.
