Every week people dump trash outside the Public Storage building on Ellsmere and Airdrome. Neither the Public Storage building management, nor the City, have any intentions of doing anything to address the problem despite numerous individually addressed and photo-illustrated complaints. We should not have to call 311 nearly every single day to clean up after the bad actors who enter our neighborhood and leave their garbage behind. Somebody needs to step up OTHER THAN the property owners, whose taxes only seem to go up and up, to clean this crap up!
I appreciate your support in keeping the neighborhood we all share together free of the eyesore of garbage in the streets for days on end!

I spent another morning picking up bags of rotting waste left right near my front door because the city refuses to look at the mess. Your comments show me I am not the only one sick of living next to a dump while being ignored by the people in charge.

Seeing this kind of momentum feels like a weight finally lifting off my shoulders after months of staring at piles of trash alone. It turns out I am not the only one who cares about the dignity of our streets, and that realization changes everything for me.

Do something about Public Storage. When they were allowed to move there we were assured that there would be no dumping, no moving vans coming through the neighborhood and more. None of the promises have been kept. Our City Councilman needs to do his job.
The environmental impact the storage facility causes by not providing a large dumpster AND regular pickup service is a safety hazard and disrespectful of the community with which it shares space - they cannot pretend to be faultless and the city should not pretend to be too busy to address this matter. Please require that the lessor place signs and contract a clean-up plan for which it can share or pass the cost to its customers. Thank you.

It would help to publish and promote the city # to call to get a large trash pick-up. It has worked well for me.
Public Storage should be at least be accountable - perhaps we can find out about corporate office and contact them.

I live diagonally opposite from the Public Storage facility on the corner of Ellsmere and Airdrome. The trash and dumping of items there is almost constant. Please do something to both deter it, and clean it when it occurs. Thank you.

I used to walk my dog along the sidewalk in front of Public Storage. Now there's always broken glass, trash, etc. The shards from a broken TV were on the sidewalk for a month and have now been swept into the grass area where they have sat for over 3 months. This area is dirty, disgusting and hazardous.
