During rubbish collection, particularly for mixed black bags, large piles of rubbish frequently accumulate outside the building, causing inconvenience to residents and negatively affecting the surrounding area. During the summer months, the situation worsens as the accumulated waste attracts pests, including cockroaches, creating a potential health and sanitation hazard. We respectfully request that the relevant authorities provide a designated waste disposal area with skips to ensure proper waste management, improve cleanliness, and protect public health.
