We the undersigned petition Samsung to offer adequate support to its Samsung Jet S8000 users regarding the numerous issues this handset has. The level off support we have had as purchasers of this Samsung product is unacceptable. We consider Samsung's marketing of the Jet as blatant misuse of its "smarter than a Smartphone" title and also consider this as false product description. This handset has far less features than a genuine smart phone and due to its poor operating system can in no way be used to the levels that Samsung describe. Samsung's operating system clearly has difficulties in utilizing its hardware and would benefit from the release of a full upgrade or replacement of the operating system altogether (for example android which is an open source platform).
