Final supporters
Funky Monkeys was once a much loved and important place for the young families of Crewe, Nantwich, Audlem and surrounding area. Its open play and meeting space is found nowhere else in the area. With the closure of so many council run children’s centres, young families need it more than ever as a place to come together, make lasting friendships and benefit from the essential support which different community groups provide. Please don’t take this space away from us as well. Please put people first and give us the chance turn it back into a thriving community centre.

Seeing this community rally around the play space my own children grew up in leaves me at a loss for words. It turns out I am not the only one who refuses to let these doors stay closed for good.

We love funky monkeys! It is amazing! I have anxiety and depression and my daughter has autism and it is a fun place to go and also meet people, the staff are wonderful too! Its like a second home. My younger daughter is 2 and goes to little angels next to funky monkeys and she always after nursery wants to go funky monkeys, also the nursery use it sometimes, so to take that away from children's learning milestones makes me sad. Children need 'spaces' please please don't stop children from 'making memories' keep funky monkeys open!!
I regularly pop in here for my lunch. I work onsite at Regent's Park. It's such an amazing place for mums & dads to meet up with young children. I wish there had been domething like this when my kids were young! It will be so sad for it to close. :(
Myself and my children love funky monkeys. We've been visiting for nearly two years now, it's gone a little bit run down as of late, is in desperate need of a make over and clean up but otherwise it is a perfect location for mums to meet up with their children for a much needed catch up all in an open space with lots of fun toy's to discover. It would be a great shame for this cafe to close its doors forever.
I visited funky monkeys on a weekly basis. Somewhere where my little boy could play freely but I could also relax being heavily pregnant. Yes it needs a freshen up but it's literally a life save being able to go somewhere without having to pay extortionate entrance fees
The cafe is a fantastic asset to Nantwich and a huge gap in the market now it has closed. There are very few places that can compare to the facilities offered. It was a perfect location for local sling meets.

Funky monkey is an amazing space, no matter your budget you can meet with friends and entertain your children in all weathers. There's nowhere else like it nearby!

Taken both my boys to funkies for years. Fabulous safe and friendly place to take Young children and the food is exceptional. Totally deserves to stay just where it is.
