The community has many concerns over the management and running of Central Mosque (idara masjid) in Rochdale. It has come to a stage where many brothers and sisters have spoken about issues to Management, however no reasonable explanations or answers have been provided. Some of the issues are as follows:- • The dis-repair and state of the bungalow that the sisters use. • Why is Castlemere Community Centre which is owned by the masjid leased for £1 per year? • Why are tiles that have been bought with your donations and contributions lying in the bunker below Castlemere CC? • Why doesn't the masjid have a fully functional website?, even though professionals within the community have offered to produce one for FREE • What happens to all your contributions and donations? • Who are the management and members of the committee? I/we the undersigned demand that the management hold a public consultation and answer the concerns of the community immediately.
