Ridiculous. Let the man hang his clothes out to dry if he wants. Waste of tax money to go after him for that.

I really dont see the problem here. Prince Mongo should be able to do what he wants on his own land.
TOTAL GARBAGE. Its his property who cares if he uses sand or hangs laundry. Get a life volusia county.
The government needs to stop messing with people private property. It is not their business.
