If you believe that the Board and Architectural Control Committee have overstepped their authority by requiring the removal and destruction of a lovely garden and banana tree please sign this petition. This is just a start but if you have ever had a dealing with a Property Management Company or a Home owner\'s Association then you know the problem. This petition will be sent to the Bridge Pointe Home Owner\'s Association Board of Directors, Homesite Properties Inc. and Jim Strickland, Investigative Reporter at WSB-TV. Help me and sign this petition if you believe that a garden is not an architectural structure Here is the garden that will be destroyed. Here is the letter I received. http://makingofahome.blogspot.com/2007/02/spitting-nails.html Also, please take a look at the covenants. They are going by the definition on Article 1.12 for a structure. Covenants

Absolute insanity. My hoa tried this nonsense a few years back and it never ends well. Stand your ground.

This is ridiculous. It is a plant not a shed. The hoa needs to get a life and stop harassing people over their own landscaping.
