The International Property Maintenance Code is being used by cities all over the country to allow the state to infringe upon property rights by not allowing them to live off the grid and forcing them to have to connect to city utilities or be forced to not live in their homes. This is not Freedom, this is not liberty! We need to get rid of this code and give property rights back to the property owner.
Your property your choice! The city, state, nor federal government shouldn't be able to mandate what a property owner can and can't do on their own property so long as they aren't infringing on the rights of another.
