We as the residents of the First Hill neighborhood demand free street parking. This is a mixed income neighborhood, this issue has effected low income families, taking money from our pockets even during our hardest times. Ways we could fix the problem at hand would be to make street parking free for residents, also utilizing the parking lot owned by Neighborhood House. They towed my car 3 times in the past year I’ve been a resident here. Costing me $1,047. The tickets I have received have totaled up to $470. I can only imagine how my neighbors are experiencing.

Ridiculous. They towed my car twice last month and I live right here. Need to give us a break instead of just trying to make money off people.
