It is extremely inconvenient to have this escalator mostly not working. Especially with luggage or a baby pram!

I am very frustrated because the escalators in Chianti are always out of order. It is ver inconvenient for elder keys to walk up and down of 60 steps. Please get a new company to replace the one now.
