I am very frustrated because the escalators in Chianti are always out of order. It is ver inconvenient for elder keys to walk up and down of 60 steps. Please get a new company to replace the one now.

It is RIDICULOUS and outrageous!!! We are paying huge amounts on monthly management fees for a service we don’t have!!! Fix this escalator once for all!!!!!
