Samsung Mobile UK's Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S4 received two Android 4.3 updates during November and December, the second of these updates was supposed to be a fixed version of the original which caused many, many problems for users, except it wasn't fixed. Thousands of S3 and S4 users with the 4.3 MK6 version have phones that are now slow, have unstable WiFi errors, randomly turn off, overheat, have a huge battery drain, their sytems freeze and they have notifications from serveral months previous that keep appearing. Some phones however have been turned into a very expensive paper weight.

What is Samsung's only answer to this? Factory reset. This however doesn't solve the problem but Samsung aren't listening, they're burying their heads in the sand, if they were buried any deeper they'd be able to pop up in Australia.

Mobile phones according to Samsung have a 2 year warranty so all these phones are still under warranty and many of us are in tied in to a contract now with a phone we're paying for that is now screwed up. Samsung have a duty of care when sending out updates, except they're not taking responsibility, in fact they're not even acknowledging there's a problem.

We want an update that will fix the problems you've given us with your shambolic 4.3 update. At the very least give us a working 4.3 or give us 4.4.
