I agree if our software upgrade to lollipop, samsung should also give attention to their mid smartphone, not just for high end. High end smartphone is exist cause of many mid smartphone buyed.
Frizen, three times in service center. Want LolliPop.Maybe that major update issue this problem.
Samsung, please show us some love specially the Grand Duos users. its capable of Kitkat update.
buying a product means up to date firmwares are also should be given with.if u dont it is more like we are paying and u r not giving the full product.so i request to give atleast a latest asop based firmware .otherwise atleast product updated drivers,kernal required to make a stable aosp rom.
My Galaxy grand duos going quite slowly .... Slowly loaded camera, gallery and more. I hope to update that will fix these problems.

why not upgrade. good phone but does not support the application periscope. Samsung At least revise update to Android 4.4
