The organization has officially announced the departure of Dustin Perry. Thank you for maintaining the pressure required to address these persistent performance concerns. We will now monitor the appointment of his successor to ensure the team prioritizes athlete health.
Dustin Perry, the head Strength and Conditioning coach of the San Francisco 49ers, needs to be fired immediately. The team's injury bug has gotten out of hand year after year, and is currently one of the biggest factors holding the franchise back from winning its sixth Superbowl. It is time for this organization to start making real change, and that starts by holding our most incompetent coach accountable.
The momentum behind this petition is growing as we approach one hundred signatures. Please continue to circulate this message to fellow fans who believe it is time for the organization to address these ongoing concerns.

Please get a new strength and conditioning coach and team. The injuries over the years since this guy has been employed has been absolutely dreadful to watch.

Crazy that this guy still holds a job. I get that injuries happen in football, but this is just ridiculous! How many Super Bowls could the Niners have possibly won with someone that actually knows what they're doing being their strength and conditioning coach?

Spend the money and hire a real professional. Historically unhealthy year last year and now two more season ending soft tissue injuries in OTAs for 2021?! Enough!

NHL does not translate to NFL. You have no business being head of strength and conditioning.
