As a die hard bills fan, I think it is time to finally chime in on this failing organization. We as fans need to stop accepting that we can't get over the hump and next year is the year!!! We need to hold this organization accountable for its mistakes and actions.

Which needs to start with firing GM Brandon Beane. He has had only 2 Successful draft picks in my eyes. One being Josh Allen, and last year's CB. (which got hurt right before the playoffs.)

I believe with the firing of sean the team chemistry and direction will be off for the 2026-2027 season. Which only needed weapons to win. Not a new Leader.

Firing the coach is disaster in the making. How long will it take to get the team back into the swing of things and be on the same page? It doesn't happen overnight !! You are taking away a huge catalyst of motivation that may never come back ! Wise up team owners !!!!!

I disagree with the firing of Coach McDermott. He was not at fault for the loss. You can only coach the players you have. Being at a loss of WR's makes it hard to get touchdowns. Also, he brought class, grace and soul to a team that was struggling. Please correct your mistake.

McDermott did nothing but bring life and energy to this team, but all he has is James cook, Josh Allen, and a decent offensive line. Over the last 7 years or so Brandon beane had drafted TWO ONLY TWO PROBOWLERS. To think McDermott is the problem is a joke

McDermott is not the problem. Who else could take a busted roster and turn it into a winning franchise? Beane is the issue. He doesn’t get prime receivers and misappropriates money. He’s arrogant and does not understand football.

BRING BACK MCDERMOTT atleast one more year, Beane has been awesome to start but our whole fan base has slowly let off that wagon. He gave McDermott NOTHING to work with this year. I get it, 8 years with Josh and the same result. McDermott is in the hot seat, BUT NOT BEANE?!? terrible move

why would we fire the head coach who has done everything possible w the garbage roster brandon beane gave him. 50+ picks and only 2 pro bowlers. beane has failed to build a roster around josh allen. this isn’t on mcdermott.

It is hard to believe that Brandon Beane wasn't involved with (or directly responsible/ highly influential in the firing of Coach Sean McDermott. For years I've always thought the two were pretty much on the same page and considered that a big part of the Bills' success. Although we'll NEVER know the real truth regarding the selection of the players on the roster and specifically the drafting of Keon Coleman, 'll never believe that it wasn't Brndon Beane's call. I remember the draft like it was yesterday and Ladd McConkey was still available. I really wanted the Bills to draft him. Instead, they drafted Coleman and McConkey was the next player selected in the draft. Take a look at both players' productivity and stats thers past two years. I don't need to say anything more about it. Moving on to Pegula's implication that the players' taking the loss so hard was a reflection of their loss of faith in their coach. Nothing is further from the truth. They were (and still would be) willing to go through a brick wall for their coach and they know he'd do the same for them. Pegula and the power hungry arrogant, self centered Beane really devastated the team worse than the loss (another one of several (including the first down the Bills got but didn't get against the Chiefs last year) and the catch/interception this year) Just recently several coaching candidates pulled their names out of the running for the Cleveland Browns' Head Coaching position because of the poor power hungry structure of the front office. Power hungry people like Beane and Pegula (if he is truly in support of the decision he said he made with no influence from Beane and they, as experienced NFL Coaches know they can't do their best job coaching (just ask Kevin Stefanski (although I doubt he'd ever say anything publicly. Administrations with power hubgry owners and GM's always try to hire first year head Coaches because they feel they can pull a lot of strings and the Coach will go along with it

He is ruining this team he needs to go. He has lied and denied who he has brought to the team even though there’s many recordings of it we need someone better. We need someone that’s gonna focus on getting the best for Josh people that were protecting and be at their very best.
