Corrupt Manager Bill Dodd MUST be held accountable for his abhorrent, ignorant, and malicious acts against the new and long time residents of Deerfield Run. Multiple rent increases without the proper 45 day notice, fees created and imposed with no warning or basis in fact, refusal to make necessary and required repairs to make homes safe and livable, SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASED SAFETY MEASURES including removal of proper street lighting, refusal to remove a CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER WITH CRIMES AGAINST YOUTH because he "hasn't seen it with his own eyes" as well as increased theft and vandalism, taking and entering properties without proper notice or consent, refusal to properly treat multiple bed bug infestations, improper conduct, unwanted sexual advances, and allowing sexual harassment by maintenance staff, enforcing unwritten rules and selectively choosing when and where he enforces written rules, refusal to provide proper notice to the proper persons with regards to court notices and violations in need of correction, refusal to provide adequate time and resources to address said violations, undue resident harassment, creating fictitious charges and fees implemented with no recourse for residents, and overall apparent inability to do any and all required acts of his job with only the residents suffering consequences. Enough is enough - REMOVE BILL DODD AND SECURE ADEQUATE MANAGEMENT with humanity, FAIRNESS, and compassion for the hardworking and decent residents of Deerfield Run just trying to get by.
