Ya Im also agree wid u all the external examiner was not present during the Viva process in the practical examination of track n field
Pathetic to see toppers being failed by a Astt professor DP Sharma who is a offender in various cases

Teacher's fault and it is also the fault of delhi university as they does not have any remedy or backup plan for such issues.. There's gotta be a some way out, no one wants his/her year to be wasted and as it (year back) is carried forward in interviews ,there would be a huge problem for students in future. I support students
