Currently Fibre is not available to this location and there are no plans to bring it there.
If you can reply to this email with names and address's of people who want fibre we can forward this onto our community fibre team to assess and investigate.

I am asking people interested in Fibre for Kohukohu area to register so we can find out about the viability for our community and businesses. We may be to get some funding to help subsidise the expense if we can justify the numbers.

I spent the morning sorting through the list of addresses and it is honestly wild to see how many people out here are struggling with the same slow connections that I am dealing with while trying to work. It feels like we are just shouting into the void sometimes but having this list to show them is definitely going to make the next email I send to the team much harder for them to ignore.

I honestly cannot believe how fast the notifications are popping up on my phone right now and it is actually kind of overwhelming in the best way. This level of interest really proves that we are all tired of the current situation and honestly I look forward to sending this massive list over to the team at the company to show them exactly what they have been missing.

My kids need reliable internet for school work. It is way behind the times out here.
Living in Kohukohu and trying to work from home is a nightmare with this current connection. We really need this upgrade for the town to survive.
