If you are interested in getting VolFirst Internet (much better internet option than Frontier) in our area (Farrington Estates, Jan Mor Acres, Obed River Estates, Sterling Heights, Out Earl Jones Road, Out POW Camp Road, etc.), please sign this online petition! My understanding is that VolFirst has fiberoptic cable that runs down Sparta Highway. And if we get enough interest in our area, there is a possibility that they might run service to our area! This would be a huge improvement over existing options! It might be necessary to us to contribute some monetarily to get them to run service to our area.
This is a “survey” or service of interest only. This is to just gather information in the area requesting fiber service.

The amount of interest we have gathered is proof that we are all tired of the same failing connections. I am exhausted by this process but seeing this momentum keeps me moving toward a better solution for our homes.

We live off POW would love a better choice for internet. Second time trying as first time could not submit due to weak signal.
PLEASE HELP!! Frontier internet is nothing but a disappointing waste of time and money. I would change to vol-first (which we use at our business in Crossville) the day it is available on Red Brush Drive.
As a business owner, the internet service on Earl Jones Road has held us back from upgrading our services and an upgrade in service is desperately needed.
On Martin Rd. and work full time from home, and frontier’s slow speed is a complete hinderance to the point I’ve had to consider moving. This would be a total game changer for me!
We are nowhere close to true broadband in this area. With the distance from DSLAM (distribution point for Frontier’s feed line) the line loses give users only 4-5 Mbps in Farrington Estates. Not even close to the 25 Mbps which is considered as broadband. This will in the future or maybe now start affecting property values. This is a real problem.
We lived in Sherwood Farms for 16yrs with frontier and now we are in West Creek Estates with frontier and it is the worst it has ever been. We are game for anything.

Please service our area. We currently have hughesnet which is terribly expensive and we end up using our cell phone hot spot most of the time.
