The tot lot playground in West Reading (across from the fire station) sits along a busy street, however it is not fully fenced in. I believe this is a major safety concern for the children who live in our borough. Signing this petition is showing your support to include finishing the split rail fence in the 2017 budget

The momentum behind this is undeniable and it proves that the borough council can no longer ignore this blatant safety hazard. These kids deserve a secure place to play while the people in charge continue to stall on a simple fence.

my daughter runs off constantly without thinking. we need a fence so bad so i can actually relax while she plays.
Fencing in this playground would be a huge asset. We often limit our time here due to the lack of fence. Please consider enclosing the playground

I always cringe when kids are chasing each other playing tag or something similar and the cars are speeding past.
