My car has been damaged and I gave felt threatened by people dealing drugs on the grass and by people sitting on the wall all hours of the night arguing
This is not only for the safety of the residents but to stop the access to people with dogs who let their dogs foul the green and to stop access to local drug dealers who use the area to make their drug deals and to stop random people using the green for their own purposes and to stop random people littering the area the list goes on This was needed a long time ago and it’s time we protect the building and the people that live in it We shouldn’t have to deal with all these issues especially with the amount of money that is paid in charges

This is a pressing matter, we don't feel safe anymore.
We want to Reclaim Our Gardens, Restore Our Safety, Fence 5 Woburn Road. We the the Residents and Community of 5 Woburn Road believe this is the best way forward to secure the Building and all our interest. This will stop those intent on using and abusing our interests, that we pay for.

Prevention is better than cure, I'm all for a perimeter fence, but we still need access to view the gas meters, for readings which are situated around the building.
