Please sign the below petition to be presented to Nexus to build a ramp at Fellgate Metro Station, Jarrow. The only access to the platforms is via lift or stairs and 98% of the time the lifts are out of service. I am fed up of having to carry my newborn son up and down the stairs in his pram due to the lifts not working. It is also discrimination to disabled people who cannot use the stairs.
