As I, and some of our friends here, am getting older, I particularly appreciate that there will be a lift and improved access for older people. This thoughtful provision reflects the care and inclusiveness I have experienced at Carrubbers Christian Centre.
Daly needed we have experienced hauling wheelchairs up 10 steps for many years. During that time numerous people have had to stop attending.
A lift ensures my 84 yr old father can safely negotiate the building .. important!
Been attending Carrubbers for 25 years and it definitely needs accessibility for anyone with mobility needs, I include myself in that group.
Current access is severely limited for anyone with accessibility requirements. This limits their ability to engage in the full range of activities available in the church. Current access arrangements are degrading and risky
A very much needed
These would be highly valuable for some of our congregation who stuggle with the current set up and may deter them from attending at times.

This will remove a significant barrier to people accessing our services and moving around the building to make use of the facilities (especially toilets)
