We are very grateful for your support by SIGNING THE PETITION. There is such an overwhelming response from the community to have a Farmers market by The Town Hall in Crouch End. We need a lot of signatures to persuade Haringey Council to allow a market to take place weekly. Though I have to apologise in advance that this 'free' on-line petition site has unknown to me been asking the signers for donations (not for this campaign) I apologise that this is happening. It is up to you if you do or don't make a donation. The most important thing is that the community gets A Farmers Market  by the Town Hall and we need your support for that. THE PETITION
I the undersigned ask Haringey Council to set procedures in motion for A Farmers Market to take place weekly by The Town Hall in Crouch End. To consider the current commercial slow down and concern for fresh locally produced food.

I ask Haringey Council to consider the following points:-

That A Farmers Market will enable fresh locally produced food to be available.

That Market Day shoppers will bring business to local shops by shopping for more essentials and frequent the local cafes.

That A Farmers Market will support close to London farming businesses.

That A Farmers Market will encourage people outside of Crouch End to shop there on Market Day

That A Farmers Market will enhance the lively ambiance and character of Crouch End.

That  A Farmers Market will bring the age old market tradition to Crouch End

I ask Haringey Council to consider all of the above points and set proceedings in motion that will enable A Farmers Market to take place weekly by The Town Hall in Crouch End.
